Day 1: 3.8.10-PM-In bed at 10:30pm successfully.
Day 2: 3.9.10-AM-Total fail! Didn’t wake up until 9:17am. Felt so exhausted that I couldn’t even open my eyes. But when I woke I felt amazing so I think my body really needed it. We will try this again tomorrow. PM-In bed by 10:30pm successfully because I have to wake up early early for an 8:30am meeting. EDIT-got in bed at 10:30, but tossed and turned and could not fall asleep until 12:30am.
Day 3: 3.10.10-AM-Alarm went off at 6:45am and there was no way that was happening. Woke up at 7:15am and rushed out the door with sleep in my eyes to make it to my 8:30am meeting on time. Feel tired all day and can’t seem to get motivated because I am so tired. PM-Went to bed at a usual time for me because I knew I didn’t have to wake up for work the next day. I think I was asleep by 12am.
Day 4: 3.11.10-AM-Woke up at 8:30am on my own and felt tired, but had a list of errands I wanted to do so I just starting hacking away at my to do list and eventually I woke up. PM-I was exhausted by 9pm. However, I strained my eyes and made myself stay up until 11:30pm to watch TV shows. Why do I always do this? Again, I didn’t mind because I knew I didn’t have to work the next day.
Day 5: 3.12.10-AM-Slept in like a baby. Because I was so tired from the night before I just really could not wake up again. It was one of those deep sleep mornings, and I didn’t get up until 10am!!! But once I was up, I felt great and motivated. PM-Was in bed by 10:45pm because I had to take Chris to the airport at 4:30am the following morning. However, I didn’t sleep well because I was worried about waking up so early and driving in the rain for and hour and a half.
Day 6: 3.13.10-AM-woke up at 4:30am to take Chris to the airport and when I got back home I slept from 6am-9pm, but had to get up for work. I didn’t feel horrible, but I did feel a little tired by the end of the day. the extra sleep definitely helped. PM-I didn’t get to bed as early as I would have liked because I had so much going on, and then the daylight savings time changed didn’t help. Went to bed at 11pm (or 12am).
Day 7: 3.14.10-AM-I’m starting to think this project rise and shine is not working. I’m hopeless. Woke up at 9, 9:30, 9:45 and finally got up. I think it had to do with the time change, the rain, and the fact that it is dark and cloudy out. Yes, I’m blaming the weather. PM-Tried to rest before picking up Chris, but didn’t sleep at all. got home from the airport at 2am and fell asleep withing 10 minutes. Ou vei!
Day 8: 3.15.10-AM-woke up about a 1/2 hr before I had to leave for work. Feel absolutely exhausted and want to go back to bed. Oh, and I feel like I am catching something. Don’t feel well. GREAT! PM-Felt pretty sick so I was in bed by 9:45pm, fell asleep, and woke up at 10:30pm. Couldn’t fall asleep again until 1:30 or 2am because I just didn’t feel well.
Day 9: 3.16.10-AM-Woke up at 7:15am because I didn’t feel well, and feel tired, and icky, but couldn’t fall back asleep. The first time I wake up early, and it’s because I don’t feel well!
